These pics were taken in Jamaica on January 17, 2004.
Tracey and Dave decided that they were going to hold their wedding in beautiful Jamaica, at the Grand Lido Braco in Trelawny. The resort is amazing. On the first night there, we went to see the Luminous Lagoon. It's full of little phosphorescent critters call dinoflagellets. We decided to jump into the waters for a swim, and once over the side of the boat I found myself in about two feet of mud, up to my hips. It was gross, but the experience was definitely worth it. You can run your hands in the water and it lights up in a ghostly glowing trail.
The next day, Darryl, Victor and I went on an ATV tour through Ocho Rios. We took an hour-long ATV ride to the highest point in Ocho Rios. Once we made our way back down, we took a short hop to the Dunn's River Falls. After a quick stop for a photo, we started to climb and in some cases, fall. We all came back with cuts and bruises from falling, Victor nearly lost his glasses, and the dude in our tour group nearly lost his hat, but it was the most fun I've had in a long time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you take the ATV tour and climb the falls when in Ocho Rios. Don't miss it.
The next day, Saturday January 17th, was the wedding. We were all milling about while waiting for things to start. Victor and Pope were in their finery, Darryl was busy bullying me, and the girls were busy looking pretty. It was over before we knew it. We then spent some time snapping a few pics.
Later on, I did get a chance to get back at Darryl for all that bullying.
